Broadband not working properly

Hi, I seem to appear to be having problems with my broadband. Everytime I try to watch a program it constantly freezes and the blue circle keeps going around. I have had no issues in the past year with my broadband and now my year is up and the payments are going up my service is awful. Can you please sort this otherwise I will have to cancel as it really is annoying trying to watch anything. Regards

Could it be a Sky TV box issue and unconnected to your Broadband? By the way, I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
