Broadband not working AFTER activation
Hi, got my broadband activated today following a house move. Engineer came out and did it on a cancellation which was great. I had Internet for maybe 5 minutes and now it is gone/ weak signal. Qbox showed it being connected once and then it was gone. Devices will connect but coverage is minimal.
Would it have something to do with engineer coming out before activation date? It was originally an activation date of 14th and it states it is "in progress" but then it got changed to 29th October appointment slot. Wondering because they came out today on a cancellation do sky themselves have to do something else? I was disconnected over a week ago at this stage, still have no Internet. Very frustrating.
I have restarted the sky q box and the modem but no change. All the lights are green on both fibre box and sky modem.

There might be an outage so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

When I run the outage checker I get a notification saying "your broadband isn't with us"?
