Incredibly annoying loss of Internet

Can see multiple similar posts so there clearly IS an issue. No amount of tests saying there are no known issues is going to help anyone Sky. Please update your customers better.

Sky supplies broadband to over five million addresses across the UK: the sheer scale of operations means that at any moment in time there are inevitably going to be thousands of Openreach circuit faults affecting Sky subscribers.

 

The 'no known issues' is unfortunately misleading because it absolutely doesn't rule out an individual fault: it's meant to indicate there's no area outage affecting that vicinity.
