Hi there, I order and activated my sky Broadband in September, I was previously with BT which reached to my office.
I have received one sky pod which doesn't seem to reach. I am only noticing now as I have absence from work due kidney infections and kidney operation.
is there anything that can be done either an additional pod or engineer help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sj37 if you are paying for WiFi Max which is likely if you have one pod call Sky as they should arrange for an engineer to come out and can recommend up to 2 extra pods see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
