@MarieC19 this page explains what the leds mean https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start if the hub has lost connection and the service checker is not telling you Sky are aware of an issue in your area call Sky and report the issue. Given the storm repair times are ineviatably be longer.
