Broadband not connecting

Hello, I've been having problems connecting to my broadband and it is getting very annoying.

Looks like the internet light is off, can you please post the router stats by accessing via the broadband internet router, a post at the top of the forum shows how to post the router stats. In that post, there are instructions on how to perform a broadband line test which will allow you to book an engineer if it finds a fault.

@Mariesesay90 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
