Connection dropping
Having constant issues with broadband, both WiFi and connected through ethernet. The connection seems to drop, teams calls stop working, videos stop buffering and won't load and emails/messages don't send.
When I do the online check it states everything is fine, all lights stay green on the router and the internet itself stays connected, it just seems like it stops working for small periods of time?
Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Re: Connection dropping
The Internet zone switching may impact the Internet system for short periods, how long the outages for a few seconds less than 10 times a day isn't considered a fault.
Recommend the user keep a log of outages and the period of the outages currently.
