Broadband not connecting to phone

Im having issues with my broadband connecting to my mobile phone, ive done connection tests and it says it is up to 106mbps but for months i keep having to use my 4G/5G and it will not connect to zoom whatsoever. 
It seems ok with the skyglass but will have the occasional blip where i have to reset the box.
Causing issues as i work from home and it is affecting my ability to do that via screenshare or skype.
