This week my boardband has lost connection a number of times each day. I work from home so this is really annoying as I have been on work calls and its drop. my router statistics are below. Can someone please advise what I can do to stop this from happening. I have reset my router and its still happening.

I'd say that's a dodgy external line: the noise margin is too high and speed is being capped by Openreach DLM.
You need to log a fault with Sky for investigation.
