Broadband light a constant amber

Just plugged in our new sky hub after switching to Sky. Was activated earlier today. Two green lights except for the broadband which is a constant amber. Turned it off and checked the cables already.

@McDougs sounds like your line was not activated as planned you need to call Sky to find out why. Openreach may have hit a snag which can delay things if further work is required.
