Broadband keeps dropping out

Broadband drops out at least 6-8 times a day, usually around 6pm onwards also iits qiute slow, obviously I can check the speed while broadband is on but always says there isn't a problem, but there clearly is

We are having a similar issue, according to sky the WiFi is connected and good to all devices, not one device is connected, very frustrating especially when working from home or trying to stream on the tv. Please tell me there is a fix for this as I can't keep working like this. We pay for the fast speed WiFi aswell.

Ps I can't do the ip check as the devices are connecting to the router.
