Hi
my broadband speed is ok c20mbps and connectivity is ok with c 99% availability but the latency is a problem.
I have a Google plug in monitor running all the time and when Latency exceeds 200 ms it goes amber and I start to struggle to be heard on MS Teams. It regularly exceeds 1000ms which makes talking a waste of time.
Latency is constantly going above an acceptable level recently.
I have an extender box next to my laptop and so it appears to be a line issue vs local broadband
No issues reported in the local ares
any ideas how to fix or prove to Sky that it is an issue as the Connection Log only shows Boardband connectivity vs latency

When you have the latency issues are you connecting via ethernet or WiFi?
Using extenders will always increase latency and if their mesh becomes unstable you will see the latency figure spike while connection is re-established.

That's usually the wrong place for such a thing. A 'booster' should be halfway between source (Hub) and client device (laptop).

connecting via wifi when issues occur

thanks @TimmyBGood
it was put there by the Sky engineer
we have the main box in the room below and extenders in several rooms (2 bedrooms and one office)
I could remove the extender in my office where I am having issues

thanks, I have turned off the close extender so that my laptop can connect direct to the hub - that does seem to have improved it, so thanks for flagging the extender drop out issue
