@Rubyd202 & @ZV When this happens again and while the issue is going on can you please follow the link below.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

For me it starts yesterday but not that terrible like today!
My router loses connection every couple of minutes too and his connection lights become orange...

Problem with intermittent faults is 99 times out of 100 the Sky service checker wouldn't see a fault. Because of this a phone call to Sky is required for them to look in to it further, this is when the battle begins...
