Broadband keeps going off

Broadband keeps going off by itself I've done checks and its saying that it's OK but I'm not paying nearly £40 a month for it not work the way it should

I' m having the same issue and having problems with individual devises connecting to the wifi

@Donkeyfm @Kayleigh+tunnicli @Janssose you need to determine if your hub is losing connection. Or it is just a wifi issue in your home. The LEDs on the hub will help do that see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start 

 

If itsxa line issue and the My Sky Service Check doesn't tell you Sky arexaware oof an issue affecting your line give them a call.

It's been since about 1pm. Devices including a couple of sky boxes can connect to sky router but the internet keeps dropping for varying amounts of time. 
I usually like to give them a while but I guess I need to call now.
