Broadband keeps going down

Openreach ONT has green lights at power, PON, and flickering green at LAN. No light at LOS. Our Sky router has green light at WiFi but no light at internet. Because of location of Sky router it is connected to TPLink Deco M5 home mesh system to carry signal across the house. The internet has gone down at least a dozen times in last 3 days. When that happens we have no TV at all or internet.

Does the Sky line checker show any issues? I would have thought it would pickup on the disconnections since the internet light on your hub is going out.

When I switch off the system at the socket and reboot it sometimes the internet comes back on and sometimes it doesn't. When it does, the checker shows no issues, but when the internet doesn't come back up the checker says there is a broadband issue. I'm going to have a discussion with Sky. I think it's a problem with the Openreach ONT

@Jim155  Is it just greenlights showing on the ONT three of them and no red LOS light showing?

Just the Sky router

Correct, three green lights, no red light

@Jim155 So what indicates that the internet is down!

The router has either no light or orange light at 'internet' and everything connected with it (TV, landline, Hive, Deco) are all offline when this happens

@Jim155 Your call with sky looks like the best bet, have them run the diagnostic!
