Broadband keeps dropping

Third time in the past week the broadband has dropped its all connected ive checked the my sky app each time it's happened the first two times it said there was an outtage in the area but this time it says all looks good but I can't connect anything

Mine drops regularly but never shows on the router. Currently down and stuck with the orange light of death
