Broadband keeps dropping when on FaceTime
When on FaceTime or Skype the internet drops and we can't see or hear the other person, but they can see and hear us all ok.
Sky says that everything is all ok on the line and hub
We have unplugged and plugged back in the hub, has anyone had this problem and know how to resolve it
