Broadband keeps dropping out

Hi, my broadband has just started dropping out randomly & my upload speed has dropped. I have tried all the fixes, like resetting, switching on and off but it continues to happen. I spoke to sky on Friday & they said they would send me a new router. Can you let me know when it will arrive please as it is very frustrating. Thanks

Unfortunately we can't say when the replacement hub will arrive.
