Broadband keeps dropping out

I keep losing my signal for my TV and google home, there are 3 lights on the router and the middle one keeps going off and then going orange in colour. Already had an engineer out and they have tested the lines internal and external and said no faults on the line so why do I keep losing my connection, now seriously considering virgin broadband.

Morning we have no internet working. Followed the steps for rebooting the system and still not working. Internet light keeps turning off. However sky app says everything is ok. Need this to work as we work from home!
