All tvs in the house dropped wifi signal suspect Sky have lowered broadband speed

Last night I wanted to watch my TV and none would connect to Internet, Have you stealthily started to reduce the speed even though I pay for a service. and before you say its my tvs they have all worked perfectly well for as long as I can remember.

There was a blackout whilst essential maintenance was performed during the night.
