Broadband keeps dropping out

Hi ya 

I had already had a sky engineer out within them within the last 12 weeks my broadband keeps dropping out. Can't even get the Wi-Fi in my bedroom. Have to use my 4G on my phone to get any Internet in there. The TV in the bedroom is wired that drops out as well. you could be right next to the broadband and it could drop out but the light stays on on the box I've tested my speed and everything but still keeps dropping out

Same with mine as well. At least twice a month it drops out randomly. I use service checker and it says that everything (broadband and WiFi) is good. I need reliable internet to work from home and this has been the worst so far.

Hi ya  I am sat right next to the router and it drops constantly . Even as we speak this is the worse broadband I have ever had ...   never had any issue with my last broadband

Me too.  The dropping out has started happening ever since I went back on contract with Sky a few months back.  I had no problems throughout Lockdown and nothing has changed in the set-up since.  Yet it is now impossible to have business meetings on Teams or speak with freinds and relatives on Facetime.  The remote testing shows no issues.  The Sky Engineer was sent out and has tested everything in person, but found no issues.  When I rang up again this week, the call centre just reset to square one:  they claimed there was no problem with the internet over the past 30 days, then sent me a new router.  I have just set that up.  Wifi worked fine for the first hour then started to dropped out again.  Useless.
