WiFi

My sky WiFi is **bleep**!! I've been phoning for about 6 weeks and yesterday I had fibre 100 installed and it's even worse!!! With no WiFi connection on any of my sky boxes or Tapo camera! I need it resolved asap or I refuse to pay my sky bill this month and I'll be cancelling my subscription!!!' I'll be ringing today with my husband and I want to speak to a manager.

Every test is showing no issues but there clearly is.. we've taken pictures because we have no connection to WiFi so can't watch tv!!!

@KathrynMathias What sky router do you have and also what sky package do you subscribe to?
