Broadband keeps dropping out or slowing down particularly upstairs

 over the past few weeks our broadband has been regularly dropping out or slowing down despite sky app saying everything is fine. This is particularly bad upstairs despite not changing anything (location of tv same etc) Any help appreciated! I did a router check thing (above) but no idea what it means!!

@Apple17  That is not a router check. That is the checker to see what speeds are possible and what services you are able to get connected to your property.

 

Do you have a black or white router from Sky?
