Had an engineer out on tues as speed on wi fi was slow he did what he could but we r still having a

Had an engineer out ties as speed was very slow on wi fi still having same problem our phones won't load any apps on our phones or iPads my grandson ur tech savvy and had a look said he thinks we need a new hub
