I have two Amber lights on my hub and my Internet isn't working I've no TV or Internet to work on. This keeps happening to me and if it doesn't resolve itself I will he forced to go elsewhere for broadband and TV. I am disabled and rely on these services.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Michelle1011 Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.
