Broadband keeps disconnecting

I have this issue aswell and now broadband isn't connecting at all but service says okay. I am in scotland there is deffinately an issue. I have reboot everything, left it and tried all troubleshooting but nothing working.

@ColeyK91  You tagged this onto a thread which was a Sky stream issue, your issue isn't the same so the post has been split from that thread.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
