Broadband keeps cutting out

I've  noticed it a few times over the past week or two but  tonight!!!! from around 7pm onwards that the broadband has cut out numerous times. I checked the hub and the yellow lights are on, so I have to constantly reset it. But due to the frequency ive given up  and eventually it corrects itself after about 10-15min. I did the check my broadband and WiFi connection on the sky website and it says everything fine but its not as I'm currently having broadband issues and using my mobile data to send this lol make it make sense sky lol

If this line test did not detect a fault when it was down then all you can do is to call Sky:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
