Broadband keeps dropping out loosening Internet for about 4 sec then comes back

Same problems here. My internet light on the router is very faded and have no connectivity.

Since the big Sky outage a week ago mine has been so bad that gaming is impossible, if it doesn't get sorted the only option will be to move.

You line attenuation suggests you could get 80Mbps. Did you specifically request a 40Mbps line.
Any idea what your minimum guaranteed speed is ?

If you have the my sky app could you run tests in the broadband section. When that test finishes you can click on your broadband speed. After that click on the blue check my broadband button and post the info on that screen.

Ok, click on the box that shows 40Mbps. On the next screen click on the blue check my broadband box and post the resulting table that gives us more info.
Either you have a very bad line or you opted for a 40Mbps profile as opposed to 80Mbps
