Broadband issues

My broadband has been awful for over one week but when i run tests to check it, it says it looks good.  I cannot even watch a video from youtube on my phone and i need to turn the wifi off and go through 4g. It is affecting all devices at home in every room.

I'm having the same problem!!!! Actually getting really annoying and I have the ultra fast package!!

Same here, the internet just keeps dropping out but when I run a test it stating everything is ok
