Issue with the LOS on WIFI

Hi - my WiFi has just switched off. I have switched on and off and I still have the red light on where it says LOS. 

Please could you let me know what to do to fix this.

Loss of Service is usually an external fault and requires that you contact sky to arrange an openreach engineer

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
