Yes, cutting in and out all the time. Trying to work and it's dropping out.
Reset router, reset pc and laptop, still not working.
Sky account says no issues connecting. Quite clearly is an issue.

No broadband connection since 7 pm today. Router is not working. I'm unable to connect. I've carried out the test many times without success.
This is unacceptable. We work from home and this is a huge loss. Demanding refund of the monthly fees.
Moreover, the customer service is not actually working on the issue given that authomatic response is sent instead of resolving.
It would be very much appreciated if anyone from the Sky Team would escalate this immediately.
Thanks

I am having similar issues been down since 9pm. The website checked says no known issues in my area CW11 and they can connect to the hub. Yet everything in my house is connected to the router and has no internet usage available. This happens quite regularly at night time and sometimes early morning at weekends Sunday morning whilst watching the UFC I've noticed it too.
right now though I have reset my router 6 times and nothing is managed to connect to the internet.
any help or assistance from SKY for the lack lister performance would be great
thanks

Broadband down since 16:15 today, no detail on the problem just an automated message on the sky app saying you have a broadband problem in your area and it can take up to 2 days to fix! Any chance of telling us what the problem is Sky, we are adults and can grasp concepts. We have no idea what you are doing about it, who may be fixing it, when it will be back, nor any apologies for inturpting the connection and ending all activities. It's just not good enough, if this was a power outage or water outage, those provider networks would have had detailed information on what they are doing and when it will be fixed. You are charging a significant levy for broadband but seem to have no infrastructure to inform customers of problems, if you provide your service 24/7 which you do, why aren't you providing 24/7 help to customers, I realise that this may need engineers or technicians to resolve but some information would be useful! As a footnote gigaclear and virgin have now run fibre optic high speed broadband to the entrances of every house in our town, so what makes you better than those?

All the light on our router are on everything is connected but it's saying there is a problem with WiFi. No devices or apps can connect to the internet. Happened suddenly at 1130 still not back on. No known issues in area apparently.

It's very strange. It had been slow and buffering all day but then seemed to resolve just to then completely stop! I have same speed 32 normally. It seems to be ok this morning... we shall see

No ISP using FTTC over the Openreach network can compete with a private full-fibre supplier on either speed or price.
