Broadband issues

My broadband keeps dropping intermittently. My router has 3 lights and the one in the middle goes off. It then takes around 5-10minutes for it to reconnect. I have checked my service in My Sky app and it's all shows green.
This has been happening for around 6 weeks and I've contacted Sky. The problem is that by the time I speak to someone it's reconnected. They said they will monitor it for 72hours but I work from home so it's causing me problems. Any ideas what the issue might be and what I can do to resolve it?

@JoMc06 if you have an issue partial fibre line occasional line drops are not unusual the equipment monitoring the line should be trying to stabilise the connection which can take over a week it is only when that system cannot do that without dropping speeds below the guaranteed minimum for your line or drops exceed 10 a day will Openreach send an engineer. On full fibre lines this is a far rarer issue.

The fact you use your domestic line to work from home does not give you any priority unfortunately.
