Broadband issues

the below is occuring and its a sky broadband issue, i am unable to load a game that i could play this morning because of this, please let me know if there is a solution

I can ping 79.127.237.104 and traceroute reaches it, but TCP connections to 79.127.237.104 on ports 80 and 443 fail over my Sky broadband. The same TCP 443 connection succeeds immediately when I use a mobile hotspot.

@Paul444 that is quite strange have you tried rebootungbthe Sky hub?
