Broadband issues

Since having   to upgrade to wifi phone due to copper installation I cannot access Whatsapp on my phone.  It works on all other wifi networks I have tried.  I have tried all options as shown on AI to solve this problem and nothing works.  I also cannot send emails from my iphone since this changeover from my mobile but works on laptop?  Also there was an Apple software upgrade at a similar time.  I have spent days off my life trying to sort this frustrasting issue.  Also, I supposedly have 7 devices connected to my wifi and Ihave no idea what they are.  Can anhone help

This might be a long show but try lowering your broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
