Broadband issues

I had an enginneer visit a couple months back, which seemed to fix the issue for about a day and the issues returned. The connectivity in the upstairs, the kitchen and the hallway is very poor, and even when the wifi is "connected" it doesn't work.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Sadly none of these helped (and already have 3 pods installed). Will contact Sky in the morning as this has been going on for months.

@Kraken1968 Best way to do it. at least there will be some history for someone to follow, if you wish the Forum to take a look you will need to supply a lot more detail than you have done already!
