Broadband issues

I had an enginneer visit a couple months back, which seemed to fix the issue for about a day and the issues returned. The connectivity in the upstairs, the kitchen and the hallway is very poor, and even when the wifi is "connected" it doesn't work.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
