Seems like Sky are having massive issues today. So many people are reporting issue here.
Mine is that the voice light on the router is orange and although I can access the internet on my devices (this may be due to me having a mesh system), several things aren't working.
These things include
My hive heating app
My ring doorbell and cameras
Any internet services on the Sky Q box such as the apps
I've tried restarting the router along with the modem 4 times now and still no luck.

There's no indication that's the case. Sky supplies over six million properties with broadband: on that kind of scale a tiny percentage of individual Openreach circuit faults is a whole lot of unhappy customers.

Is it an Openreach circuit fault? I haven't seen Sky say anything on the matter and according to their online checker, everything is working fine. It's times like this that I miss being with BT when they would check the fault automatically and fix it and if they didn't find a fault then they would call you and resolve it.
Sky just seem to want to tell you everything is fine when it isn't and send you to this forum in the hope that the general public will help you fix it.

Well, whatever the issue it's now been fixed.

Same here. No internet and couldn't turn intruder alarm off. Did a hard reset on the router and also on my mesh and all OK for now.

That's good to hear. I've been with Sky for about a year now and we've had to restart our router so many times that it's not even funny anymore.

No Internet here either hence no TV. Went out on Tuesday evening in Donegal. PON is on LOS is off and LAN is flashing. Frustrating that can't get anyone to talk to!!!

They do seem to make it extra difficult, don't they? Keeping my fingers crossed that yours will start working again soon.
