Not able to connect smart devices to new Max hub
Hi can anybody help? I have just changed over from BT to SKY and have the new white hub. I dont seem to be able to connect my smart devices, I have tried turning off the 5GHz via the app but the hub completely shut down? The whole house is smart enabled and I can't work any smart bulbs or plugs.

Re: Not able to connect smart devices to new Max hub
Do you still have the WiFi details for the BT Hub? If so, change the SSID & password of the Sky Hub to the same SSID & password that the BT Hub used. Devices should then just connect with no need for pairing them again.

Re: Not able to connect smart devices to new Max hub
With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
