Broadband issues

we've just signed up to sky tv and broadband in our new home and are experiencing the below alert: 


There's an outage in your area

We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner.
 
worried as we need the Wi-Fi connection as I wfh- we are still within the cancellation window and our neighbours are not having the same issue with different providers so we may have to change if this is not sorted soon.

@Ellie57  Normally these isses are sorted within a few days at most and a lot of the time the same day.

We are now going on 4 days with this alert for additional context so this is why our concerns are growing.
