I have tried everything possible & my broadband is slow & drooping in & out , this has only happened the last two to three weeks! I will be cancellling if this isnt resoleved ASAP

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

If you have a fault on the line then switching isp isnt going to solve anything if they use the same line. If you switch while under contract to Sky withoout giving them a chance to fix the fault you will have to pay cancellation charges.
