Hi,
I recently spoke with the customer service and you arranged an engineer visit as we were having difficulty getting a wifi signal in a lot of rooms at our house. The engineer turned up (thanks) and installed an additional router, since then we still havent got signal in one of our bedrooms and since this has been installed we are having problems with the signal where we have never had previoussly? Please can you get this sorted out ASAP.

That would be a Sky wireless booster, not a router.
You'll need to contact Sky as you did before and arrange another visit.
