Broadband issues - wifi

Hi, our broadband keeps dipping out on connection. This happens to smart phones, consoles, sky tv etc. I keep having to reboot the router, for short and prolonged periods. We have about 10 devices that connect to WiFi, Ive tried 2.4 and 5ghz combinations, router resets, full resets over night. Nothing improves this. Sky tv struggles to stream, devices lose internet connection etc. I think the fibre is fine, I suspect the router is probably to blame, it's about 4 years old now. I've contacted sky a few times in the past and run through all of your tests. It's becoming increasingly annoying and now impacting my work, as I work from home. Thanks

Sky didn't resolve my problem. Technical support was awful, so I cancelled sky and I've gone elsewhere. Listen to your customers!!

Same issues here in south wales.
