Broadband issues last 2-3 days

Devices losing connection 4-5 times per day (work laptop, Android phone & tablet).

Also intermittently very slow - first time I tried  Service Checker it hung for 3 minutes, gave up and ran it again and it was fine.

Service Checker says there is no problem, but I have had loads of issues today - if I'm on a Teams call and I try to browse an image-heavy web page at the same time it drops me from the call. Almost like bandwidth is being throttled somehow?

Hi @BraveSirRobin 

Have you been through the basic troubleshooting like resetting your router etc?

Are you able to test if there is still an intermittent issue if you use an ethernet cable?
