Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mariebea run the connection test in the My Sky app using a mobile connection as thst should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue if they arent call them so they can get Openreach out to sort the issue if somebody has dug inntgecwrong pkace.

i turned it off and then on again this morning so seems ok for now. All the green lights were on other than voice that was showing red. Just hope it remains as such as the online checker was saying everything was ok
