Broadband issues ME2 kent

Please can I have an explanation as to why we have had no broadband in my local area ME2 - Medway area of Kent since early hours this morning? ( 8.4.2024).

@Suziewoozy you are notvtalking to Sky in posting in the forum but even if you were it is unlikely they could tell you the exact cause. There are 10s of millions of Openreach lines and unfortunately things break and have to be fixed. I would check Sky are aware of the fault by running the connection test in the My Sky app which should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault if they arent call them to report it.

Mine is also down in me2 but apparently sky are aware of the fault and are working to fix it 🤞🏻

I have not been able to log into work since morning becuase of broadband outage in the ME4. 

Anyone knows what is happening?

Same here in ME5, no internet all day. I got a text at around 2pm which said it was back up but it isn't! I hope they are still looking into this as it is a bit concerning!

Still no Internet in Gillingham Kent, first occurred in the early morning (08/04/2024).

ME7 still nothing - the online tests don't even work for me now...

I'm Rochester I have also had a text to say it's back online but it's not, still no internet and trying to work from home
