Wifi not working in LN1

Wifi appears to be done in lincolnshire LN1 - any advice, im a new SKY user so not sure

@MacClashy Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Mine is down in Hove.. I've tried all the tests via 'My Sky' for hours now,  still not working...

@Onewayoflife  What does the test tell you is going on? The test will not magically make your broadband start working again.

I've followed all instructions on 'My Sky' & the test cannot find my router. I've unplugged everything & checked cables etc. when plugged in again, one light comes on but that's it. App asked me to book engineer but they can't come until Mon. I understand the wait of course & normally I don't mind waiting, however, I have care link due to being disabled & living alone in a mobile service dodgy spot. I need care link & of course, landline is now through router...

Monday is likely to bethe earliest availability of an Openreach engineer in your area.

 

For future reference it could be beneficial being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
