Broadband issue

We are having issues with our broadband. It's not completely broken but everything is super slow and many setvices are not loading, making us unable to work from home. Messages are not sending, websites arw not loading.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
