New to Sky broadband and having constant problems with it dropping out. Devices (particularly sky glass tv) needing reconnecting. Affecting heating system badly too.
Run the recommended tests and speed of wifi looks good but overall connectivity is poor and needs improving and to be much more reliable.
product is fibre 900, standard house with 2 occupants
