My Internet is down and so is half the estate

There is a bt team doing some work down the road, it seems they have knocked everyone's Internet out. Please help

Theres nothing we can do if Openreach are already working on it, or they've caused it.

@Mraine They may have required to drop all the connections to do as they needed, will be OR working at it, BT would only be at a specific Broadband home installation nothing else for them!
