Broadband issue

Having problems with our braodband connecting to our phones. It works fine on the Sky TV and Q boxes and also my son works from home and is fine on his laptop.

We have had to take our phones off the WiFi and use 4G as nothing is working. I have run a test on the broadband and the WiFi on the sky website and it says everything is ok.

Any would be appreciated.

I'm having problems with my broadband In doncaster it says no issues on the website but rang sky up and they say there is a small outage in my area and could take up to 24hrs to rectify.
